Together, we’ve created an exclusive roll that brings that proper SG60 heat to RAPPU’s August menu.

Built from RAPPU’s signature toasted nori and vinegared sushi rice, the roll is topped with zuwai kani (snow crab) from Japan. Flown in from Japan, these crabs are extremely sweet and fresh, which goes perfectly with the gentle sweetness of white pepper.
